Missing file

I tried to load logitech quickcam but I rcv msg can not
locate iyuv_32.dll file.  How can I get this file loaded.  
I have 98se version.

The file may have been accidently deleted(as happens alot with DLL files.) Reinstalling the camera software should solve the problem.
