I am unable to uninstall windows 98 second edition
because of the conversion to FAT32... The W98undo.dat and
other important variables have been deleted from my hard
drive. How I can work around this?

The only way for you to convert your partition(s) from FAT32 to FAT16
is to get a third-party utility. Partition Magic (www.powerquest.com)
will do this, as will some other products.
