WIN XP default directory access rights

hello, need your advice...
I have updated Win XP Home to Professional, than converted FAT32 to NTFS.
After this all Windows folders have everyone access rights. I wonder how to
safely achieve default directory access rights same as it is after a clear
XP Pro
installation on NTFS.
