The issue of FAT32 or FAT16..
I have a Gateway GP7 450 pentium III / 10GB..
It has no operating system installed..
Should I use FAT32 or FAT16..
I want to have Windows 98SE as my OS..
Can anyone please advise me where to start..

Thanks,
Kat

A 10Gb drive would require 5 partitions if you use FAT16, and I doubt that's
an arrangement that would suit you. Use FAT32. My preference would be for
two partitions (system, other), but a single 10Gb partition would also be
quite suitable.

Thank you, Jeff! Would you know of a site that could guide
me "start-finish" to get the OS installed. As of right
now, it has no OS installed.

Thanks,
Kat

need the OEM # or product key to install win98 from the cd
without the OEM# or product key# you willnot be able to
install the operating system
