If you have a very large disk drive, it's good. FAT16 partitions can
be no larger than 2.1GB, but FAT32 partitions can be immense (though
they usually top out at 30-50GB). With the new huge disk drives, that
can make the difference between needing to partition it into ten or
fifteen pieces, and being able to use int as one or two very large
chunks.
