You have suffered a hard disk drive failure of some sort. It might be
trivial, such as a loose cable or BIOS settings for the drive are wrong, or
it might be serious such as a hardware failure. Start by downloading some
hard disk drive diagnostics from the www site of the disk drive
manufacturer.  If the drive is reported OK then you can consider some
software options to find and restore the partition data.

The partition boot record looks at the FAT and is corrupted.  The MBR
appears okay as it points at the PBR for further info.  That does not mean
that the HD has "failed", indicating unresolvable problems.  It just means
that it won't work as is.  A hard drive failure indicates a physical hard
drive problem.  Improper mapping for a FAT is not such failure.  Usually,
such can be noted by moving a HD from one system to another.

The other part is a problem with mscdex.exe on the boot floppy.  The cdrom
device driver gives mscdex CD info which its unable to utilize, or its not
loading CD handover info at all.  This can also mean that oakcdrom.sys
cannot provide the correct info on the CD device.
