I have got a PC that has windows NT and I want to change this to windows 98
on so has got NTFS filing system I have tried to F Disk the drive and it
will not let me.  If I delete primary partion it says I can not as there is
a secondary one and if I try to delete the secondary it says can not delete
because of logical drives,  I try to delete this and it says no logical
drives present.   I try to install windows 98 and I do this successfully but
I have only got 1 GB left as the rest is taken from the old windows NT
operating system, can somebody please help!!!

Your hard drive manufacturer has disk drive diagnostics available that will
include a utility to wipe the drive.  Also, ZAP or WIPE at this site will do
the same thing.  Once the drive is wiped you can create new partitions using
the full capacity.
