Compact Flash and FAT32

Does anyone know if a 64MB Compact Flash card can be formatted as
FAT32? I would like to know the minimum CF capacity that can be
formatted in FAT32.

Thanks a ton. I also found this microsoft link which describes the
limitations for FAT32.
