Could someone tell me what Fat 32 is all about? I have it
on my PC but don't understand what the hell it really is
and/or how you utilize it.

FAT32 is a method of allocating disk drive storage space to files, keeping
track of what space is allocated to what files, and what space is unused and
available. The operating system uses FAT32 when it needs to add, update or
delete files. You don't have to do anything in order to utilize it.
