every time I try to start up my pc it keeps putting a
message up saying explorer as made an illegal operation
so I close this down then I am just left with a blank
back ground have tried re booting it but its not working
can anyone help please

To troubleshoot this issue, I suggest you to run SFC utlilty in Safe Mode
and check if the problem persists. Please start the computer in Safe Mode
and follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to System
Tools, click System Information, and then click System 2. File Checker on
the Tools menu.
3. Click on Scan For Altered Files.

Later restart the computer in Normal mode and check if the problem
persists. If the problem persists, I suggest you to increase the Pagefile.
To increase the Pagefile, please follow the steps mentioned below:

Goto Control Panel>System>Performance>Virtual Memory
Select "Let me specify my own virtual memory settings" and adjust the
setting as 1.5 times of the Physical Memory that is installed in your
computer.
