i was trying to down load win98 but it keeps coming up
code5 and code 7.what is my computer missing

You cannot legally download W98. Do you really mean that you were trying to
install it? If so, describe exactly what you are doing and provide the
error notices verbatim as well as what was going on when the notices
appeared. What kind of computer are you using and did the W98 CD come with
the computer?
