Has this been happening long? It could be cached credentials? Try deleting
your temp internet files and cookies and then trying the page again. Also
you can check to see if the problem still exists tomorrow as 403 errors are,
at times, a server misconfiguration issue and not something you have done.
If you've installed any new software (or updated a Norton product lately)
that too may be an issue if it's blocking referrers or cookies and one (or
both) is required for the site.

Yeah!, looks like it WAS just a "server misconfiguration issue :-)?,
that is, it didn't happen when I next logged on. Hope that's what you

That'd be correct. Server misconfiguration is not a problem you have the
ability to correct as an end user. It's usually best to fire off an email to
the webmaster to let them know what's up. On the other hand, if it is your
server, 403 errors can be a pain to debug so it's good that it's up and
running again.
