Where can I download a full version of IE 5.5. I need to
install on a pc without a internet connection. Thank You.

and make sure you download the full version, not only a stub.

Hello:  Perhaps you know what I can do about my altered version of 5.5
SP2?  I cannot open the Internet Tools option under the Tools Button.
The message says I can't open it because of restrictions on my
computer.  Hmmm.  I recently downloaded spybot from security.kolla.de/
Surely spybot would not zap internet tools?!  Any suggestions for
what to do?
