Explorer repeated crashes, MSHTML, fault # c0000005

I have at least 20 crashes on Explorer in the last week.
My error log points to MSHTML.DLL. I looked in the
Knowledge Base and found a fix (I thought) which was
another version of MSHTML (New = 6.00.2800.1173 Old =
6.00.2800.1170). 30 minutes after that install, another
crash. Here's what's in the log:
