IE6 recent upgrade

I have installed the most recent IE upgrade from MS update page. I am
receiving explorer error messages with explorer shutting itself down.
The details are

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:01a5728c.

No guarantees but spyware/adware is very likely with the <unknown>
message.
