Windows Cannot Find Program.exe" Error Accessing Web Page,
Q189583 Knowledge Base # ....BUT, the "fix" does not work
for me. I even re-installed Win98, thinking maybe that
would help me but to no avail.
PLEASE...would someone be so kind as to offer assistance
to me for this? I am fine if I go right to the browser,
seeking to access web content however, if I attempt to
click on a link or banner ad within Outlook Express, I get
the dialog box "Program Not Found"
