Ok i have a big problem. I am trying to download a file. I
have downloaded it on 2 other computers so it must be
good. And i have plenty of space on my pc and this has
never happened on my pc before. When i click on the file
in the web page, the next thing that happens is that box
that pops up when you are about to download something, it
starts flashing/flickering on and off real fast. Only way
i can get it to stop is ctrl-alt-delete.  So i right
clicked it, ziped it and sent it to a friend, then she
mailed it back to me and i tried to open it and it did the
same thing. I thought it might work that way. I have
pretty much checked some of my settings and everything
looked ok. I download all the time but never had this
happen. Any help would be great. Thanks.

You may try to use some download manager program.
This will solve the problem and downloading will be much faster and
easier.

My default download manager is IDM from Tonec Inc:
http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/?main1.

I used many of such programs and finally stopped on this one, it is
easy, stable and functional.
