error message: concerning dll. file

Everytime I try to download a desktop theme, I get an
error message: A required. DLL file, MSVCP60.DLL, was not
found. I can download screesaver files, no problem. Do
you know how to fix this problem. Thanks

What are you downloading from?
What programme are you using to download?
Does the error occur when you try to install? If using IE you should not use
the 'open file from current location' option.
