Hope someone can help.
I used to play games at Pogo.com quite a bit.
Haven't played in a while.
Went to play recently and got the following message:

An exception 06 has occurred at 0028:00000017 in VxD.
This was called from 0028:C001C0D4 in VxD NDIS(01) +
00004620.
It may be possible to continue normally.
Push any key to continue.
Press Control + Alt. + Delete to restart your computer.

Of course it wouldn't continue normally.
Pogo techs say that they can't help me with a VxD problem,
...contact Microsoft.

The only changes in my computer since last going to Pogo
are switching to High speed internet cable, installing a
new 40 gig hard drive, and installing a new McAfee Virus
Scan.  I'm assuming that one of these three is causing
this, but have no clue what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

NDIS stands for network dial up adapter. I would suspect a problem with the
drivers for your network card.

If you are not on a network, disable your network card via Device Manager
(Control Panel).
