I have Norton firewall installed and it keeps asking me to allow rnaap.exe
access.

RNAAPP (Dial-Up Networking Application) Network Access APPlet. It normally
is in residence for a dial-up connection, and will remain there for 10-15
minutes after a connection is terminated (in case it's needed for immediate
reconnect).
