username and password issue

Please help me. I am prompted for a username and password
everytime I access the internet and any sites. The site
requesting it is 1110100011o1windows.info, Realm:
Restricted. I am using Internet Explorer 6.0 with sp1.

Do you know what is causing this problem?

I've just done a whois on windows.info and the following showed up;

Registrant Name:Konstan#Zournas
Registrant Organization:bluepixel
Registrant Street1:96 Kallidromiou
Registrant Street2:11473#Athens Athens
Registrant City:Greece
Registrant Postal Code:114-473
Registrant Country:KR
Registrant Phone:+82.301082599
Registrant Email:blue@bluepixel.gr

I'd personally be scanning for some sort of trojan/virus right about now.
I'd also reccomend checking your IE security settings, and content advisor
settings (both of them can be found via (from IE), Tools > Internet
Options).
