For the last week I keep getting error messages & get
kicked off the internet?  ie WS2000 caused an invalid page
fault in module CAPS.DLL at 0l7f:688c5f3a.   It is
happening more and more and yesterday I could not even sign
on. Compuserve says it is microsoft?? Please say I am in
the right place.  The phone number is alway busy, and it
has taken me 1/2 hour just to find this place.   help, please
