I have received the following pop-up message: This program
has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.

If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

NPNSDAD caused an invalid page fault in module NPNSDAD.EXE
at 0167:00408220

The message continues with a list of registers.

Please advise me what is wrong and how do I fix it?

That does not appear to be a Microsoft file.  Do you have any idea where it
comes from?
