When I try to access Windows Update from Win98-SE I
receive an error message: "Administrators Only" giving
indications pertaining to WinXP.
I have a dual-boot system with Win98-SE and WinXP-Pro. In
XP the Windows Update runs normaly.
How to fix Win98 Windows Update?

http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/

If not, then please repost in the update group. Microsoft personnel
are there to help solve update problems.
(They may be swamped, so please be patient)
