Using win 98 se.
A file somehow got deleted, so internet explorer won't
work. Can't get onto internet at all.
We can get into the local network ok but, trying to use
internet install wizard, we get a message that a component
of wizard is missing but, it doesn't say which one.
It goes through the motion of installing but, when it's
done, we still can't connect.
Help, thanks
