When I log on to sbcyahoo home page there appears a box
(gray)(internet explorer) saying there is an error. It
then has a yes or no. Whatever I press, it goes away and I
am able to function. How do I get rid of this?

We need more information to be able to help you. Click on the details button
(or details link) when your system crshes and provide:

xxx caused an xxx in xxx at xxx:xxxx

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the
files (modules) involved in the crash.

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
the Error Reporting Tool is here:
