Although it doesn't show up in "Tools", when I go into
Windows I find that there is 3.5G space taken up with
Temporary Internet files. What's that!!!!!!!!!

I was afraid to delete them in Windows. Anybody know what
I can do about this?

First re-boot the PC, then Try internet properties>click delete files button
in the temporary internet files> check and click delete all offline content
in the secondary dialog box that will appear.
