Every time I try to log onto the internet, my content
advisor keeps popping up.  I have disabled it; however, it
continues to pop up and doesn't allow me to log onto the
internet.  I have called my ISP and everything is fine
there.  I need help?

Search your computer for a hidden file called HOSTS. Rename to HOSTS.OLD.
Reset your content advisor settings one more time.

Find and delete the hidden file Ratings.pol.  Then disable Content Advisor
once more.
