I advice to all the internet users to do this:
--Right-Click--> Internet Explorer--> Properties--in temporary internet
files--> Settings--> Never--> OK--> OK.

This will make your internet speed much faster.
Because in this way, when you visit a website, a copy of it remains on your
hard drive, and next time you will be able to visit it much faster. Even
offline.

To be blunt, your advice is horrible.  If a page changes you'll never know
it.  That's fine for many pages but suppose you want to check on stock
prices?  They'll never change ... at least as far as YOU know, anyway.

Dear Richard
I knew you may say that.
My advice is not that horrible. There are little pages that you want them to
be always up to date. You can easily click F5 (refresh) to get the uptodate
data.
Of course my advice is not for people who need their uptodate data.

Bad advice, well actually, its not as bad as recommending the use of
'automatic', but still not good.
