The page cannot be displayed / Cannot find server or DNS Error

I am running on IE 6.0.2800 on a Win 98SE system and I cannot access atleast
one website that I know; www.vanguard.com.  I have no problem acccessing any
other site (that I know of) and for the life of me cannot figure out why and
I need to access this fund site.  

Any hekp would be appreciated, Thanks!
