How I can Access my pc using IP and port no

Hi All
pls tell me how can i access my win98 machine using HTTP via IP and port no
where I see this settings.and how I will access it.

Take a look here:

http://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/categories/9/

There's a bunch of freeware servers there that you can download. Snapfiles
is pretty good about not uploading spyware as well. You can also do some
searching on IIS but I'm not sure if that's what you're trying to do. Are
you trying to remotely administor the computer or are you wanting to run a
website?
