how do i stop adult banners?

After having adult banners appear I have downloaded and
used adaware and numerous popup blockers. I have even
attempted to set my cookie blocker at the highest level
(none accepted)

I still get these adult banners mainly on sports pages.

Any suggestions?

ZoneAlarm Pro will remove embedded banner advertisements; or you can install
a customised HOSTS file to block many such ads. You can find one here:
