I use an internet provider called "localnet." I installed
their software, and now i can't change my homepage. It is
stuck on "localnet." Nothing under the internet options
is...."CLICKABLE."

Start > Run, type: regedit
Locate the following key;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Internet Explorer/Main
Look for the keys: "Localpage" and "Startpage" in the right pane.
Alternatively, just do a search for "localnet".

Download AdAware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
It detects dataminers, tracking cookies, dialers and other
objects from your computer. Run "webupdate" before
scanning to make sure you have the latest ref file because
they are updated often.
