Hi! I have accidently wiped the programme from Windows 98,
Internet Explorer 5, the facility to download cookies.
Hence, no reference to cookies now shows in the scroll
down programme and consequently,I cannot access certain
sites. As I have cleared the waste bin, it has truly gone!
I have all back up discs but have no idea if there is a
download programme I can use which should be a definite
short cut process. I am not very computer wise and any
help anyone can give me would be very, very welcome.
If I have to use back up discs, should I back everything
up before hand? How many floppy discs would I likely need
to do this?

I would suggest that you have a corrupt cookie, or the cookie folder in its
entirety is corrupt.  For advice on how to fix your problem, have a look at
