Ccapp Illegal operation

when turning on this pops up.

Ccapp
This program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down.
ccaap caused an invalid page fault in module MSVCP60.DLL
at 017f:780c24f9.

What can I do? Not the best at fixing errors.

Please Help!

As this is part of your Norton Antivirus program you might consider
uninstalling and reinstalling it, or checking with Norton for any assistance
they might offer.
