Our computer will not read the IP address and gives us
this error message "TCP/IP network transport is not
installed. We know the connection is good because we can
use our daughter's computer to connect. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Greetings and hallucinations from just north of Fantasy Land (Washington,
DC)!
Do you have TCP/IP installed in networking?
Peace,
Paul
