By default c:\windows
but if you made a second installation it might be
c:\windows.000

Hello there,

I have reinstalled Windows 'several' times, so what do you think it should
be?

Much Appreciated,

Keith Hanley.

Go to the DOS prompt and type:

echo My Windows folder is %windir%

To see all the other environment variables, just type "set" (without
the quotes).

Alternatively, go to Start -> Run and type ...

command /k echo My Windows folder is %windir%

Type "exit" to return to your GUI, or just close the DOS Window.
