Bill, use Find to locate files named *.CAB. If you find several dozen CAB
files in the same folder named WIN98_xx.CAB, where xx is a number, then that
is where your Windows installation files are located.

The usual location is C:\Windows\Options\CABS. When you install the drivers
and you're asked, Browse to the appropriate location.

And if that doesn't work, tell it to look in C:\Windows or
C:\Windows\System.  The necessary files might already be there,
especially if another NIC was previously installed.
