Just wondering whats the average free system resources
without any programs running ,mine says 81%? should it be
100% or nearer and how do i free up more resources

>The answer depends on what OS you are running, what
programs are running at Start-up, and how much RAM you are
using.  81% is good.  To free up space you can disable
some of the programs which run atr Start-up, but I don't
think it is really necessary unless you are running slow.
