PSAPI.DLL    file

At start up a window pops up saying "a required .dll file,
PSAPI.DLL, was not found"
 How can I correct this problem?
 Also the items that were deleted from the recycle bin re-
appear in there folders when I restart the computer.
 Are these problems related?
 
 Please help!

I recommend you download and use the following programs.  This might be
overkill; however, spyware is a tremendous problem in that it not only
violates your privacy but it is causing numerous system problems as
well.  Consider removing everything these programs identify:

CWShredder:  http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html
(download link near the bottom.

AdAware:  http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

Spybot:  http://www.ejrs.biz/spybot/
