I downloaded media player 9.0 for my win98SE computer but
the file won't execute. When I try to open the set up.exe
file it opens a box that says it is for win98SE - which is
what I'm running.
Can anyhone help me with this?

Don my man, save the download to your Briefcase and open
it there, if this fails, you should have your PC's memory
deleted, obviously you have had WIN 95 or 3.1 prior to
98SE which is still being recognised.  Of course you can
always use DOS.  Format C as a last resort, but that means
hours of re-loading & setting up.
