Copying cassette tapes to my hard drive

I am running Windows 98 second addtion and have a voice
card.  I would like to copy all my cassette tapes to my
hard drive.  What software should I use to accomplish this?

I have had good results with this.  A cassette tape player
is connected to the sound card.  It is important to
connect the phones jack of your tape player to the sound
card.  The line out does not seem to work.
