cant see movie, only hear it

i have windows 98 first edition. i have windows media player 7.01...
i have been happy with it until recently i got a new .wmv file which i can
hear but not see...
any suggestions?

maybe u should get a newer version.
i have the same problem with windows media player 7 for mac os 9.
the same file works fine on another mac os X computer with windows media
player 9
