My configuration for my Multimedia has error, reads as follows:

That is the exact copy of the error I receive.
When I open up the Media Player the surrounding area is white with black lettering, the boxes at the top by the play list catagory are all blank?
I don't understand what has happened here.  
I get a good picture, but no sound comes?  This has just occured, It used to be fine.  Can you please help?
