Have no sound on my computer. Do I have to uninstall
windows 98 and re-install again?

I am receiving this error when trying to run Multimedia:
an error has occured in the script on page

Error Class Not Registered

I have no sound, and the area around the viewing area is all white, and the boxes that appear by the sample play list box at the top of the screen are all blank? Do you have a solution for me?

When I open Media Player the outside of the box is all white? the three boxes at the top by the Sample Playlist Box, are all blank and white also, I have no sound at all on this program. My sound on my computer works for every other program but the Media Player. Do you have a resolution for my problem? I have tried downloading the player again but still have the same issues.
