I have the message: "Cannot open. Please verify that the path and the file name are correct and try again." (error 80070002)

What exactly are you trying to do, what program/version are you trying
to use to do it, and have you checked if the file is actually there
and, if you are trying to change it, that it's not marked read only or
is inherently read-only?
