Hi everyone -- I have someone working for me trying to
assist one of our user's that's having the error:
"Explorer has caused a problem in wmpdxm.dll"
we have looked this error up and have tried the following
tips found at:
www.updatexp.com/wmpdxm-dll.html (which talks about
using regsvr32 wmpdxm.dll)
And we're still having the problem.
The user cannot open Control Panel or Windows Explorer,
My Computer, etc., without getting this error.
We uninstalled WMP 9 and I suggested he reinstall again.
Does anyone else have any tips?
Thanks in advance for any assistance and guidance!

If you've tried that fix, and have looked for further fixes from:
http://snipurl.com/78ft without success, it is possible you may have some
spyware as an issue. This has been discussed here, but there are other
variables:
