Likely your office computer is on a private network behind a router or
firewall and will be unreachable without configuration at the firewall or
the router.

(private IPs are 192.168.x.x, 172.16-31.x.x, 10.x.x.x -- does the office
computer have an IP in that range?)

BTW sending newsgroup/email messages in all caps makes messages very hard to
read and is considered the newsgroup equivalent of shouting. Can I suggest
you unclick the all caps key for future messages.
