Generally for NetMeeting to have audio/video connections to parties outside
a NAT router/firewall fronted LAN it is necessary to designate the
NetMeeting computer as what is commonly called the DMZ client. This will
allow outgoing audio/video calls and incoming calls placed directly ot the
WAN IP of the router.
