Windows 98 does not offer this kind of security, since simply pressing the
Esc key will allow anyone to "log on" the machine without a name or
password.

You will find just what you need if you go to:

and download USERLOG. This program records user names as they log on
and off and, optionally, records the names of each application and
window used. Both dates and times are stored.
The registered version can be COMPLETELY hidden so the user does not
know it is running.
